The Rain Festival Beetle Ornate Strongbox blocking path (761088258)

In The Lost City, the strongbox is blocking a door. Because of its placement, it is not possible to either advance or interact with it. Furthermore, the area ahead contains the door to the next one, so I have to create a new instance and do it again. It does not let you pass even when rolling.
