Unique belt charm slots

Unique belts dropping with multiple charm slot implicit modifiers. This happened for me with Keelhaul in Normal Jiquani's Sanctum.

Haven't you read the new 0.2.0f Patch Notes?

Yes, I have. Nothing in them said anything about Keelhaul being able to roll more than 3 charm slots, and certainly not at that level.

Should be fixed with 0.2.0f Hotfix 5.
