Cultist Archers (spectre) cooldown bug

When cultist archers respawn, all their abilities go on their massive cooldown, making them borderline useless (especially in boss fights, where just like other minions, they get wiped out in a single aoe boss attack).

I post this as a bug becasue there is absolutely no way it is intended for them to be this bad.

All their abilities need to be ready to fire the moment they respawn.
