The Ruin Essence Mod Feels Over Tuned

This is in reference to the Balbala attack added to ruin essence rares that resembles orangish daggers implanted into the ground. When entering the Red Vale on cruel I learned how dangerous these were. My hardcore character with 2k ehp and maxed ele res was almost 1 shot by a single of the 3 set attack. There's 0 telegraphing added to the attack when it comes from an essence monster, and in some areas it is quite difficult to see despite its bloom.
