Rogue Exile + Golden Charm

Have ran into this twice now, I'm not sure the specific Rogue Exiles (one was a female ranged, bow maybe? and she was wisp possessed. The other was male ranged artillerist?) and neither caused my golden charm to proc when I killed them. So far rares and bosses have caused it to proc, just those 2 haven't.

I can confirm that I just killed the Huntress, and it failed to trigger my Golden Charm.

In the devstream before .2.0, the devs said all the gear slots roll when the rogue spawns, so the gear they use which is the gear you'll get if you beat them has already been decided before you kill them. Not proccing the charm is a good thing, since all the drops have already been decided before they die (and hence can't be improved with rarity on kill)
