thoughts on World Map teleport, + disenchant,selling,salvage

if you click on a waypoint on the world map in the campaign it should open a portal to that place

also alva should open a portal after the act 2 endboss

disenchant, selling and salvage should all be done in a single click. give materials and gold and salvage at the same time and balance the amount with the amount of shards makes a whole currency ... for example if I sell a identified rare item with 1 socket and quality give me gold, and a shard for regal, soket and quality item if this would give to much currency increase the number of shards it takes to make a whole currency item.
