Omen of Dextral Erasure Removing Prefixes on Fractured Items

I'm assuming this is a bug but all of my fractured items, show in the preview of using this omen, that it will remove only prefixes or in some cases 1 prefix or suffix.

If this is intended it would be nice to know. No point in fracturing if its the case.

I tried and it is only a tooltip bug. It is happening with all fracturing items(at least the ones I had). It will display the incorrect mod to be removed but remove the correct mod(at least in my case).

I just had the same problem. Fractured item; It removed the lowest mod T4 for me too while highlighting the T10.
I'm not recommending doing it though. Try it at your own risk.
Edit: have to add that I did with whittling omen
