1-5 seconds freeze + CPU spike + Glacial Lance

Everytime I do a map, I randomly get between 1-3 freezes, lasting 1-5 seconds.

Perhaps related to Glacial Lance together with CoC sniper's mark, Hypothermia, Frost Bomb, as im spamming it a lot to cover the screen.

No other games has the issues, so its not hardware related, I tested in 3 other very demanding games with no issues.

I have updated my BIOS, graphics driver, windows drivers, harddrive drivers. Issue still persist.

My specs are

Ryzen 9 5900x
Gigabyte x570
32GB DDR4 G-Skill
Nvidia RTX4070Ti
Samsung 970 Evo Plus

Windows 11 24H2

Edit: tried the following with no change
-rolling back to 23H2
-rolling back to older driver as mentioned in a video from ggg that driver after 560. Something has issues.
-tried playing with all setting in graphics vulkan, dx12 etc
-removed cpu 0,1
-bes 95% cpu limit

I stress tested my entire system for 2 hours to make sure its not my end. No errors.

Bump. I really wish a dev would acknowledge this.
No matter just one more day till other games comes along. Just wish i could keep playing this without having to change build

it has nothing to do with glacial lance. it's an nvidia issue.

Pretty sure its not. As i can plug in lightning spear and the freeze is gone. Besides it tried every driver from 556. Something to the latest. Oh and my maye on a amd gfx has same issue with glacial lance.

But i do have a theory i need to test once i get back home. As the freeze started happening all the sudden while i had been using glacial lance for a while. So im gonna take 1 node off at a time to test if its one of those that does it

Got the same without using glacial lance. It randomly happens. ~4 seconds freeze, then 1 second gear wheel animation and unfrozen again.
Happens during maps but in hideout as well.

Do you happens to have the dance with death node ? Im gonna test with differente skill trees when im home
