New Orb Idea

Orb of Whatever (can't think of a good name, I guess this is similar to Alteration from PoE but I just learned that, not a player).

Re-rolls the magnitudes of current modifiers on Magic item, with a chance to upgrade tier of magnitudes


so we can go for a higher roll of the modifier(s) on that magic item before committing it to regal/exalt stage.

but with an important twist - since there are different tiers of each mod (different min-max value tiers); this orb has a 10% chance to upgrade that modifier (if there's one modifier, or 10% chance to upgrade one of the two modifiers) to the next tier.

hope this makes sense. it gives some extra control with crafting, at least at the fundamental magic stage of the item.
