Fire is hot ingame and for the GPU

my PC is pretty much always silent, but when there is decent amount of fire on my screen the fans go crazy.
I'm currently playing with spectre: Vaal Guards (5) and if I stand still and they cover the screen with fire from the grenades you can hear the GPU fans instantly go from "0 to 100%". FPS isn't bad, but I dislike that it spikes the temp this much every time.
I wouldn't mind turning the effect visuals down or reduce particals etc. Wish we had a bit more settings to play with.
