I cannot reclaim my jewels

Dear teams,
Hope you doing well.
Today when I try to use /reclaimjewels, I found that my The Adorned Diamond cannot be reclaimed, I donnot kowm why. Please help me found that, its a 78% jewel, cost me 300+ div to buy it in last season.
