Bug: Game's TOS are incorrectly written

Hi! I'm here to report a bug. In the game's terms of service, it states that cheating and account sharing are not allowed. In addition, many players in PoE 1 have been banned swiftly for breaking these particular rules. However, the TOS does not currently reflect the enforcement practices carried out by GGG.

Therefore, the TOS needs to amended and edited to reflect GGG's current policy. I think adding something like this in would make it more accurately reflect the current practice: "There are a few selected players to which the terms of service does not apply. These players are hand-selected by Grinding Gear Games. They are permitted to break the TOS at our discretion."

I think a few others would go well in the TOS as well:
- "Please refrain from discussing topics regarding the special privilege players on the forums. If you do so, your topic will be closed down and your account potentially suspended. Topics regarding this will be classified as a personal attack."

tl;dr - Bug report: The game's terms of service does not reflect current practices upheld by GGG, it needs to be amended to state that some hand-selected players are not bound to the TOS.
