The Atlas of Worlds maps for newly created characters in the Permanent League cannot be completed.

Hello. When I was playing in the Permanent League of Path of Exile 2, after entering the Atlas of Worlds and completing a boss quest, the Atlas of Worlds map overlapped with the original character's map. Currently, there are no quests, and I can't complete any Atlas of Worlds maps either. I can only repeatedly play the four maps around the starting point. May I ask how to solve this problem?
