Dreadnought Vanguard will not load

Took about 15 times of being disconnected to be able to enter the dreadnought in act 2. After it loaded I was able to make it to the next section and am encountering the same problem with trying to enter Dreadnought Vanguard now. Ive restarted the game, steam and computer multiple times while trying different servers each time I get disconnected and it been well over an hour just attempting to load the instance. I really enjoy the game but it is extremely disheartening and frustrating to spend more time trying to play the game than actually playing it.
