POE 2 stuck on loading screen

When I log in as my huntress I’m stuck on the loading screen. Tried a hard reset on my Xbox, didn’t work. I can use other characters, but not this one.

It's the same problem for my character.
He was stuck in the location of The Manor Ramparts. The load wheel is spinning endlessly without results. The name of the character is FarmHuntress.

Can anyone teleport my character to a town or somewhere else? He's stuck and I can't play

same problem. xbox - when loading into "The Manor Ramparts" i just sit here for hours now. I've reinstalled the game, updated xbox, cleared storage space from the game and the same problem persists. seems to be on the development server side given the console can be cleared and
game reinstalled.

I had this issue happened to me but came out the bug, I was always with friends with a bad internet connection at around 500miles away meaning another server for sure, weirdly hasn’t happened when in northern EU or Australia, to change you have to be at the MAIN menu and you will have the option with others, I suggest you switch few options and therefore making sure it prompts the “X” to Save when done… make sure you told your friend to Kick you out the party or leave the party to be alone, then quit the game with you (everyone who was in the game HAS to “quit game”) let YOU come back in the game first before all of them… I tried to switch characters, turning off internet, turning off console, delete reinstall, but this was the most efficient and 1/3 restart I would “gain” access to my character and then let my friends do that section and never jump back with them in that game, *restart new instances* and go hideout or encampment area act 1 not cruel… good luck
