Bleeding Ailments passive tree buffs (Encreased chance to inflict) doesn't work

There are passive nodes called "Bleeding chance" which give you flat chance to bleed. And this flat chances are not affected by nodes like "Ailment chance and Effect" or "Coated Arms". But they are affected by nodes "Ailment Chance"
