POE2 - Unique map not giving atlas points

Hi all,

Apologies if this is posted in the wrong page, but not too sure where I can raise POE2 tickets/support.

Anyway, for context, I previously cleared a Unique map which gave me atlas points. I am on my 2nd Unique which tells me that I need a T11 map to clear and receive atlas points. Objective says to kill the imprisoned boss, I cleared the whole map, killed the boss, died twice in the process but had 2 more revives. Atlas item didn't drop after the boss died. Even had a guy come to help and verify (thank you sir) and he couldn't understand why either. Monsters remaining was 0, but nothing.

I had this happen on the last one I completed. Not sure why - trying to figure that out before I do another one.

Did the unique map a second time with T12 map and still no atlas points given. Any support or bug fixes on this at all?
