Summon Infernal Hound and Tame Beast are Conflicting

Despite Summon Infernal Hound being tagged as "Minion", it is not able to be summoned if a Beast companion is enabled and vice versa. This seems unfair to the infernalist ascendency. The Infernal Hound should be able to be summoned alongside a beast.

Companions are a type of Reviving Minion that are more complex and powerful than typical Minions. By default you can only have one Companion of any type summoned at a time.

A couple of unpleasant things here:
– this change wasn't documented in the patch notes, while I agree it makes sense for the hellhound to be a companion;
– all companion related passives (including the Keytone allowing you to have two companions of different types) are located in the ranger and mercenary areas of the skill tree, which is far away from where the witch starts.

Don't ask me how come the only class that got an ascendancy-specific companion haven't any companion passives around its starting area.

upd. not the only, turns out the weapon Smith of Kitava can manifest via Living Weapon notable is also a companion. Anyway, Warrior doesn't have companion passives as well.
