Hydrosphere hover not listing additional dps information

When hovering hydrosphere on your skill bar, it doesn't show additional information related to support gems, effective hit, and other skill information typically found when hovering a skill.



I tried with a few gems and "faster casting" did make the "49% increased cast speed" show up , but every other gem is not showing any information. And hydrosphere should show skill information even if it's 1-linked
