Is the fps drop due to my PC or does the game still need more optimization?

Hi, my problem is that in the game, I play the story mode really well without any FPS issues, but when I enter the endgame and play maps, the FPS drops significantly. I play Amazon with Storm, but I feel like my own skill is causing the FPS to drop even more.

16 RAM
