Stuck in Jungle Ruins

I got to the Jungle Ruins and reached the checkpoint near the Venom Crypts. I then logged out, and when I returned to my character, I was unable to leave. I'm stuck in the Jungle Ruins. I can summon my town portal, but I can’t click on it to use it. I also tried using the waypoint, but nothing pops up when I click on it.

Next, I tried entering the Venom Crypts, which caused my game to crash. I also attempted to enter the Infested Barrens and experienced a similar issue. I tried respawning at the checkpoint as well, but that didn’t work either.

My character is soft-locked in the Jungle Ruins, and I can't leave.
