Ritual Icons Reset to "Unvisted" state upon leaving map

STR:

1) Start a map with ritual
2) Do at least one (or all) of the rituals
3) Once at least one ritual icon is red on the map, port home. Make sure you are decently far enough away from the ritual icon (say, 2-3 screens away)
4) Reenter the map. Notice the finished ritual icon is now yellow again

Note that the distance for step 3 is such because after you come back, if you walk towards the ritual icon you've completed on the map, once you're about 2-3 screens away it will turn red again.

Note: This is easier to see (for me, at least) if you have the map overlay on (tab).

Expected: When I come back from a portal, the already visited ritual sites remain red.
Observed: When I come back from a portal, the already visited ritual sites are yellow until I'm about 2-3 screens away from them, at which point they turn red again
