Stuck in Jungle Ruins

I got to the Jungle Ruins and reached the checkpoint near the Venom Crypts. I then logged out, and when I returned to my character, I was unable to leave. I'm stuck in the Jungle Ruins. I can summon my town portal, but I can’t click on it to use it. I also tried using the waypoint, but nothing pops up when I click on it.

Next, I tried entering the Venom Crypts, which caused my game to crash. I also attempted to enter the Infested Barrens and experienced a similar issue. I tried respawning at the checkpoint as well, but that didn’t work either. I also cant pick up any items as it we crash me as well.

My character is soft-locked in the Jungle Ruins, and I can't leave.

This bug is only happening on this character my other characters are not experiencing anything like this.

Day 2 of being stuck in the jungle ruins.

It was a long night. I was curled up against the waypoint when I heard a scream—it sounded like the Mighty Silverfist. I quickly hid near the entrance to the Venom Crypts. I heard some movement close to where I was hiding, and then, out of nowhere, I was attacked—a wild Quadrilla ambushed me.

Luckily, I was prepared for this day. I swiftly vanquished the foul beast. Hopefully, the smell doesn't attract the Silverfist. Who knows at this point—guess the Jungle Ruins are my new home and I better get used to it.
