Count Grenor Boss Fight Game Crash

I am consistently experiencing game freeze and crash while fighting Count Grenor. At first I thought it might be a bug when I use Unearth on the wolf adds before they explode, so I stopped using the skill but as I continued to try to fight this boss, it crashes every time he casts Requiem on High, or goes into his hidden mist faze.
