Poe2 skills don't make me satisfied

Firstly, I dislike the way skills are earned in the game. I believe a better skill system would be one where all skills are unlocked from the beginning, but in a basic form. To illustrate my idea, let's take the bow as an example. In Path of Exile 1, it has skills like Split Arrow, Barrage, Rain of Arrows, Snipe (in PoE 2), and the basic attack. It would be interesting if, upon leveling up, the player could enhance these skills by adding aspects like ice, fire, lightning, bleeding, etc. This way, the player could shape the skill in any way they prefer. It would simply require allocating 5 to 10 points to customize the skill, which would result in an infinite number of skills and possible combinations, providing greater freedom and variety of builds.

Another point I would like to mention is the possibility of replacing or improving the dodge roll with active or passive skills that are gained upon leveling up. An example would be to exchange the dodge roll for a skill like Escape Shot or Electric Arrow. Furthermore, I would like the mechanics of these abilities to be changed: the jump would move in the direction of the roll, and the arrow would be fired in the direction of the mouse.
