THIS is a Problem - Wisp possess a rare, Ultimate pinnacle boss?

I don't know if this is a bug or not but it's the worst thing I've ran into, in this already terrible patch.

This rare get's possessed by wisp, OK kill it.
It reappears with more buffs, ok kill it, and it just keeps endlessly respawning with more mods, everything it does one shots me, I can't possibly get away from it or even land damage on it.
You can't even get the loot anymore because this rare is more lethal than any t4 pinnacle boss.

Lose map, lose loot, lose xp?

Are the resists bugged in this game now. I have capped all resist and I still feel like anything elemental still just one shots.
Entire screen is covered in AOE while you are being chased down by a rare at 1000% move speed, you can't even be on the screen and have time to use an ability on it.

I had to loop around and hide on other side of the wall to be able to even get a chance to look at all the mods on it.
Can we be able to like at least know what all the buffs on the enemy mean at a glace on a pause screen in detail or something.
You can put a bunch of words and symbols on it when you hover it but it's useless when as soon as I've put my mouse on it the rare will have just gunned you down in the street.

GGG, look at the enemy in this screen shot, spawn it and try to deal with it. PLEASE.
I'll take some gold for a stash tab when this thing destroys anyone in the office who try to fight it.
