New support gem "Muster" not considering Raging Spirits
Raging Spirits is a Persistent Minion, although only summoned when casting fire skills (it is not a reviving minion though).
Muster deals 7% more damage per unique persistent minion you have summoned (persistent minion, NOT reviving minion). Muster does not grant 7% more damage if you have raging spirits allocated, nor does it grant this effect when you summon the spirits. The bonus from Muster currently works even if a minion is dead (e.g. if my two Skeletal Warriors die, the 7% bonus this type of minion granted will still be active for the skill Muster is allocated to), so this is not something related to the minion being active/alive or not, but related to the Spirit being allocated to a minion skill or not, in which case Raging Spirits DO allocate Spirit, thus should be considered for Muster, as all conditions are met (raging spirits IS a persistent minion, which is the condition for muster to work). " Raging Spirits is a skill with the Persistant and Minion tags, but not the minions created by the skill are not persistant. The skill allocates Spirit regardless of how many Raging Spirits are active. No additional Spirit is allocated when you summon a Raging Spirit. The tooltip for the Minion keyword says "Persistant Minions will reserve a portion of Spirit while active", which the minions summoned by Raging Spirits do not. |

" Last Grasp is a support gem that grants the effect "Supports skills that create PERSISTENT MINIONS, causing those Minions to fight on for a short duration before dying when they are fatally wounded." Last Grasp WORKS with Raging Spirits. Deathmarch is a new support gem added with the 0.2. It grants the effect "Supports Skills which create PERSISTENT MINIONS. Supported Minions will restore Life to nearby Allied Minions on death, as well as removing Ailments from those Minions." Deathmarch WORKS with Raging Spirits. Two examples of PERSISTENT MINIONS skill gems that work with Raging Spirits. Muster does not require the minions to be alive (if they are dead, the buff is still granted); the only requirement is for you to allocate spirit to the skill, which Raging Spirits do. Why would Muster not count them? No sense. Last edited by Rydreeck#6554 on Apr 26, 2025, 8:32:56 PM
