Entering Chalice Trial Crashes the Game (Xbox Series X)

Playing on a Xbox Series X.

I’ve had multiple characters do the Trial of the Sekehmas and experience a crash when they enter a Chalice Trial. It happens a second after entering the room. It has occurred three times on two different characters. It did not happen once on one character after happening twice. This was first experienced 04-09-2025, in the evening. I do not know what survey I was playing on.

More details on the crash: after a beat when entering the room, the game will freeze for a second and then exit to Xbox home. The game seems to run fine when going back in, but again I’ve experienced this multiple times but only with the Chalice Trial.

Additionally, it should be noted these are level 22ish characters and the trials are only on the first floor.

I forgot to mention that I’m always able to enter the Chalice Trial after the crash, but when I progress further on the floor, encountering another Chalice Trial will crash the game again. I’ve also intentionally gone through Chalice Trials to see if this was a reoccurring bug.

I can confirm that when entering a chalace room on xbox we are getting a game crash back to the dashboard, also to add I was in a gauntlet room and had the game freeze on me forcing me to restart the game.
