Boss voiceline cues are way overdone and inconsistent

Fighting Jamanra (first encounter) reminded me of voiceline cue issues in this game. It's so overdone and unintuitive, it almost feels like bugs.

Why do any bosses ever do different things with the same voiceline?

It all defeats the utility of audio cues. It's hard enough memorizing 4 of them per boss in PoE, this is just absurd.
