Elemental Sundering doesn't work with the Strike Twice Ascendency

Using Elemental Sundering on a Target that has Two Shocks on it, through the Stormweaver Ascendency, will only consume one of the Shocks instead of both, dealing only one instance of damage.

The second shock that remains on the Target also becomes unusable for a second Sundering, using a second sundering for the remaining shock will just do nothing leaving the second shock on the Target.

Pardon me if this ends up being unrelated, but I'm also using Elemental Sundering and running into issues where at times it simply won't consume anything on a monster at all. I just had an issue of a frozen/shocked monster directly in front of my character that ended up after a sundering usage, didn't consume either ailment or damage the monster after 3 casts.

Please look into Elemental Sundering in general.

Interesting that its with Strike Twice on the Storm weaver. I have a similar issue with this ascendancy node but with primal strikes. It should consume a shock to release a wave, and while having 2 shocks on it is consuming them both.

The way it is worded I'd assume it would only consume one. Trying to use the cresendo support while having two shocks up to repeat the ability's shock consume twice for 2 waves but alas. So two abilities consuming shock interacting differently, but neither seem to be as intended. Need clarity
