Eldritch Empowerment Bugged

Eldritch Empowerment is bugged when skills are propagated by contagion. Each time it spreads it takes ES away from the character. I'm not sure which skill being propagated is the issue however.

It could be either Essence Drain, or Despair with the supports Decaying Hex and Impending Doom.

Cannot confirm the TE observation but I found another bug with this Skill.

It describes "Spending Energy Shield does not interrupt Recharge"

But if you use spells which obviously spent Energy Shield you get put on the recharge timer.


FIX PLEASE!

I've observed something similar. On casting a spell from full ES, it takes 4 seconds before my ES starts recharging. But, further casts don't reset the timer until ES refills again.

I had expected that since spending ES doesn't interrupt ES recharging, casting from full ES would have ES immediately begin to recharge, but I don't know if that's how the passive was intended.

Eldritch Empowerement is melting my ES when Contagion spreads.

The notable wording is Sacrifice 5% ES when Casting, so this should not happen.

I opted for ES Shield Build so this is basically unplayable.

Due to the inability to complete the quest, the story mission cannot be progressed, preventing normal gameplay from continuing.
