Show Azmeri Wisps on Minimap from map start

There has been a recent change to show rare locations within the map the entire time. I have found that I miss the Azmeri wisps approximately half the time because I path towards the rares. If all rares in the map are dead the wisp will despawn, causing the content in the map to be missed.

Down for that!

It's optional content though and you can invest atlas points into it. If they were about to show it, They would need to uncover also strongboxes, essences, rogue exiles. These are steps that will make whole experience increasingly absent-minded and "chasing markers on the map" oriented.

The map and extra content is to be explored in my opinion and I would be against that change, it already feels somewhat off, there is no anticipation, no sense of danger and discovery, you just know rare is here and there.
