Shrine Sceptre - Free Spirit Gems

Issue: I am able to socket spirit gems on Purity of Lightning on this specific kind of sceptre for free.

Doesn't happen with other scpetres afaik, found randomly when I switched to sceptre from buckler in campaign.

The bug/feature still exists. Tested on Sacred Flame Shrine Sceptre and random blue Purity of Lightning one. Can add supports like precision and vitality for free and they provide bonuses correctly.
