Amazon Critical Hit Chance
|
How is "estimated critical hit chance" calculated in combination with your default critical hit chance. estimated critical hit has a +xx% - +xx% which depends on accuracy. Is this hit chance then simply added to the default critcial hit chance, just added into the formula (like with skill tree nodes) or completely different
![]() from how it is shown I assume the "estimated main hand critical chance from hit chance" is ADDED to "main hand critical hit chance" but that seems to be awfully high. Could this be clarified and perhaps a Tooltip could be added to show how this affects the critical hit chance? mfg edit: second post of me Last edited by Luthais1337#7536 on Apr 11, 2025, 2:06:24 PM Last bumped on Apr 11, 2025, 2:05:57 PM

I feel like it's multiplying the main crit chance, so if you have 10% main and +50% then it's 15. I believe they left main crit like that because there are some mechanics scaling directly with it.

i since was pointed towards PoB2. It clearly shows the calculations and it's a little more complicated, but that makes it just more important to clarify the values shown.
If you don't use PoB2 it's basically impossible to truly tell your critical chance by looking at those numbers alone. you can't even estimate it because the first instinct is "adding" it like the + symbol clearly indicates. Please make it more obvious what the numbers mean. thanks. |
