Despair Unable to be used when Set to Weapon Slot 2

Bug:
Unable to Set Curse Gem: "Despair" on skill bar when Set to use only Weapon Set 2. Reproduction: Equipping any Despair gem and changing the Skill Set bind, setting it to weapon set 2 only. Environment Reproduced In: OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, Up to date on updates. CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core 3.8 Ghz Ram: 32 GBs GPU: AMD Radeon RX 570, 8 GB Vram Renderer: Vulkan Platform: Steam Control Method: Controller Work Arounds until bug is addressed for those looking for answers: Having it set to both allows you to still set it on bar and use it in set 2. The bug only occurs when its set to only set 2. You will need to swap via another skill or using the gear swap button/skill before casting if you build requires set 2 before use. Same issue, it suddenly stopped working on set II.
It uses the mana but it never gets activated. Then I put in set I and it works. Please fix it |

Found the bug after a respec, doesn't activate on Set II. Focused curse seems to be the issue. Works when it isn't slotted

Problem still occurring. Even without support gems.
Set I specced into chaos dot. Set II specced into curses. Setup 1: Set I and II different weapons, despair only active in set II => costs mana but is not applied to enemies. Setup 2: Set I and II same weapon, despair only active in set II => works. Further testing: Despair activated for Set I and II Setup 3: Set I: Wand Set II: Staff => Despair only working in set I Setup 4: Set I: Staff Set II: Wand => Despair working in both sets Last edited by Xtinction#2977 on Sep 5, 2025, 4:21:28 PM

I thought my Despair was similarly bugged, but instead found it is just bugged regarding +X levels.
I had a level 16 Despair with +3 (effective 19) and was NOT applying as well. After some testing, I noticed it was still applying up to lvl 76 mobs despite being effective lvl 19 with no target lvl limit... |
