How do you make a level 82 area in 0.2.0

Since corrupted zones and boss nodes don't give +1 anymore only irradiated nodes seem to give +1 how do you make a level 82 zone with a t16 now?

I was asking myself the same question. I can't seem to upgrade the boss atlas, since I cannot get +1 from corruption. The bosses sometimes drop lvl 82 items + bosses on trials. Additionally, I know that once I finish breach/deli atlas this zones ca be 82 lvl but how to do it in regular maps now ?

People in PoE2 global chat said that when you cleanse corrupted zone, the cleansed maps have a chance to get +1 area level modifier.
