Bug on Trial of Chaos

All of my characters are having a trouble in the Trial of Chaos 2nd stage. Characters are being stuck on that stage where the Corruption Dais tower can not be clicked. It seems that the bug is connected to my account.

Please help me with this as I can not do the ascendancy quest.

Did you try to click on the text windows above the tower?

That's the problem, there's nothing to click. It is not clickable. Sadly, the bug is connected on my account :( . No issues on the previous patch. Just happened on this new patch "Dawn of the huntress".

I noticed that the lever switch was on the upper ground which was supposed to be on the lower ground which is why I can not click it as well.

I tried partying with my mate and when we went into the trial, I was left on the upper ground and he goes down on the "elevator". The bug was the same.

I noticed the switch for the "elevator thing" was on the upper ground and I clicked it, then the "elevator thing" went up then the trial pushed through.

So, I guess, if you could put the lever switch on the lower ground once a character goes down.
