Blood boil is SO underwhelming

Blood boil is so bad, it just does nothing meaningful. you have to stand there waiting for it to work then kill monsters, and even then, its deal 2% of slain monster health as damage. That is nothing in the grand scheme of things.
I really hope you change how it works, or bump these number up a little.

yeah I'm trying Ritualist now to specifically try it out and I'm unimpressed. Compared to Herald of Blood it's like it isn't even there, not worth going through ascendancy trial for.
