BUG Dusk Vigil UNIQUE STAFF

HI, i want to report stuttering issue, like a rubber band effet when casting spells, any spells in fact with the Dusk Vigil UNIQUE STAFF ashen staff thanks.

Also having the same issue whenever the ember fusillade is spawned from a dusk vigil cast charster rubberbands to location a few feet away.

I am running into this right now. I spent an hour trying to figure out why I was rubberbanding by rolling back drivers and adjusting settings/resolutions, only to find out it was THIS DARN STAFF!
