Blink Bug?

After using blink about 1 out of 10 times i end up stuck walking until i blink again or load into another map... im not sure what is causing this.

I get that stuck walking thing even though I'm not using blink, I have to dodge roll to get out of it. No idea what causes it.

I'm also experiencing this bug. Sometimes blink works, sometimes it doesn't. I've had to un-equip and re-equip the gem to fix it. Hasn't done it to me until I started doing some Trials of Chaos.
