I HAVE BUG MISSION ACT 2 CRUEL

Hello, I have a problem with my mission, I can't go any further, I'm 62 lvl, can you do something about it? I heard that this error occurs and I have no intention of making a new character. Please help me as soon as possible because I want to continue playing and enjoy the game. Thank you.

The Ascent to Power quest in Act 5 Cruel is copied over from Act2 Normal, but you cannot complete this in Act 5. As mentioned in the Known Issues post, the text for this quest is currently misleading.



You should already have access to the Trial of the Sekhemas waypoint from completing this quest in Act 2. What is needed to complete your third ascendancy trial is a Djinn Barya of level 60+, which will start dropping randomly from mobs in Act 6.

Killing Balbala will not drop a quest item. She or a random mob in Act 5 may drop a Djinn Barya item that can be used at the Trial of the Sekhemas, but it would only be usable for your second trial (second set of ascendancy points).

After the initial quest item Balbala's Barya in Act 2 Normal, further access to the Trial of the Sekhemas will be through Djinn Barya items dropped randomly from mobs in the game.

Completing your ascendancy trials is optional and does not block your progress in the main storyline. The quest remains open and will tell you to talk to Zarka, but there is nothing to do here and she has nothing to say about this in Cruel.
