Spectre bug on disenchant on NPC

i've tried to remove my spectre from gem on disenchant NPC, my spectre gem was corrupted with +1 lvl, then it gave me a corrupted spectre gem, when i binded a new spectre it became a uncorrupted gem (with no additional level), so i tried to corrupt again and gain 1 socket, when i use the vendor do unbind the gem and binded a new spectre it became a uncorrupted with 1 socket spectre gem.

i am reporting this and now i am in doubt if i should thrown my gem away since it was result from a bug.
