Lich Eldrich Empowerment

Shouldn't Eldrich empowerment ascendancy of lich override the %3 percent loss on event horizon passive skill notable? it basically cancels out the entire ascendancy.

IDK if this is intended, could you guys please look into it? cus with eldrich empowerment its working fine whilst losing ES shouldnt that be the same for event horizon?

Losing ES still interrupts its recharge. Eldritch Empowerment allows specifically ES spending to not interrupt it. You usually spend resources to pay skill costs. Event Horizon's effect doesn't touch costs, although it may look like it does, since it also makes your resources drop on skill use. But the mechanics are different.

Bug confirmed

Just got Eldritch Empowerment ascendancy, and when I cast Contagion/Essence Drain energy shield does interrupts it's recharge.
It especially can be seen when I activate Convalescence, and recharge not interrupted by cast while it active.
