5 issues with new runes and runes on caster weapons

1. The 'Lesser Adept Rune' only gives 5 dexterity instead of the presumably intended 6 like on all the other runes/item types. This appears not to just be a typo but actually give less.

2. Is it intentional that the new runes cannot be used on caster weapons? Given they have the same effect on weapons and armour, I'd assume they'd also just grant the stat on caster weapons.

3. When applying a rune to a caster weapon, the effect is not shown on the item. E.g. applying a 'Lesser Mind Rune' to a martial weapons would show "Leeches 1.5% of Physical Damage as Mana' as some sort of implicit on the weapon tooltip. On the caster weapons, this is not the case. Only when you hover over the rune in the item, an additional tooltip for that rune is shown (like for other item types).

5. You can't reforge them into a tier higher (tried with 3 Lesser Adepts).

Additionally, the rune cannot be replaced with a new affect; probably related to being an affix rather than implict

Fifth issue with the new runes: you can't reforge them into a tier higher (tried with 3 Lesser Adepts).
