Still no solution for my Account been locked since December 2024

Can somebody please explain to me what the Hell is going on with the support?


what does take so long for you to resolve such a stupid thing of geting my account unlocked again?

My Progress so Far into this Madness:


12 Dec. After my Account got locked i Mailed to GGG
27 Dec. First Response, with the Advise to get my System clean first and i
should come back to them to start the unlock process
27 Dec. Did everything what they wanted (like changing password etc) and mailed
back they may the unlocking now
2 Jan Friendly Reminder from my Site that there is still no Anwser
4 Feb Follow Up Mail from Side that still no Solution was made here
23 Feb [Removed by Support]
23 Feb Me Again giving them the Answer
18 Mar [Removed by Support]
20 Mar Giving them the Infos they want and asking when i can except a
unlocking


Something i discovered today is also the new "feature" on there Contact Support Site....


You can now generate a code INGAME, to get an form of "ticket" mail thing idk how name it correctly.

funny part of it if you click then on the "I cant created a Code" button it leads to the Side which says

"
Please note that without a verification code your ticket will take longer to resolve.

I allrdy know that i will just get a generic copy paste from these forum bots here, but what i would like to know if there are ppl out there they used the feature above and getting there issues solved and how long that tooked for them.
