Leveling Minions

Add that minions level up as longer they stay alive. Maybe with a system like in Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 where the troops can get promoted 3 times and get more power or other abilities.
Idk what benefits they could get but like this it would be useful to heal your minions and dont let them die at all.
