Bug omen of whittling

I have view my omen of whittling and this is the result
Why my tier 9 accuracy flat is being rolled, its have the highest tier, highest level

dont know when this will be fix.. it happens on fracture items
omens target the reverse..

Did you find out if it's just a visual bug, where highlighting is wrong or omen is actually removing the wrong mod which it highlights?
Someone should try it out for science, since it doesn't look like them they're fixing it any time soon.

Its just a visual bug. Hopefully they fix it soon.
