High speed lion rare in Chimera wetlands/affix combo issue

There's a lion mob that is incredibly fast in chimera wetlands, it rushes at you so you cant really avoid it, even dodging the melee can be an issue due to the temporal bubble.

But I just encountered it as a rare with:
"Temporal bubble"
"All damage chills"

It was ridiculous how much you are slowed down when temporal+chill is combined, when you put that on a rare that you cant kite it becomes a very annoying encounter because even if you manage to pin it for a couple of seconds and try to get out of the bubble, it ll rush towards you the moment it is out.

That was during act 3 ruthless so it wasnt a death sentence, but if i had to deal that during some endgame max map then that would be a death sentence.
