PS5 - Crash to Home Menu upon loading act 3

I am now experiencing straight crashes to PlayStation Home Menu upon loading my main character in act 3. I can load in to other characters except my main. This problem has been going one since the release of the 0.2.0D patch update

I am afraid to take my other characters into act three because of this constant crashing, I have also had to uninstall the game and reinstall it to see if this fixes this said crash. It had no effect.

Character is named Tiranyn - Level 34 Pathfinder.

I am 100 percent certain this crash is related to identifying items with the hooded one NPC in act 3, I have stopped using him to identify items and I have not experienced any crashes since.
