POE 2: Rapid Shot Permanent Skill Movement Speed Reduction After Dodge Roll

BUG: When using the Rapid Shot active skill on a crossbow, occasionally the player will retain the Movement Speed Penalty from using Skills when not firing after a dodge roll.

How to Recreate: Fire with Rapid Shot until at least 5-10 heat is generated. Dodge Roll. During the dodge, press the shoot button with the skill and then release it. If done correctly, your player will release a single bolt after coming out of the dodge roll, then retain the movement speed reduction from the skill's use. This can be done very consistently, and becomes a constant occurrence during gameplay.

Temporary workaround: If this bug occurs, activating any other ability or dodging again will remove the movement speed penalty.
